Frequently asked questions
The "Robusto" series features a reinforced gearbox housing, heavier rotor flanges, and premium hardened L-blades compared to light-duty tillers. It is designed for continuous work in tough conditions without structural fatigue.
Blade count varies by working width. Narrower models (1.5 m) typically carry 36 blades; wider models (2.5 m) carry up to 60 blades. All blades are individually replaceable.
The RT Robusto is driven at 540 rpm PTO. Ensure your tractor has a live 540 rpm PTO output before connecting the implement.
The RT Robusto can work in previously uncultivated ground but is more effective when preceded by a subsoiler or disc harrow to break the surface. Very heavy sod or virgin land may require multiple passes.
Yes. AWL stocks Landforce rotary tiller replacement blades and blade bolts in Nairobi. Blades should be inspected each season and replaced when worn to maintain tillage quality.
