A full 1,000-litre tank of water-based spray weighs approximately 1,000 kg. Including the sprayer frame (approx. 500 kg empty), the total mounted weight approaches 1,500 kg. Ensure your tractor is rated for this.
At 150 L/ha and a 16 m boom, working 8 hours at 10 km/h, the 1000L can cover approximately 80–100 hectares per day including refill time in good weather.
Contact AWL for current options. Precision spraying additions can often be retrofit. AWL can advise on compatible precision agriculture accessories for the Soilmaster 1000L.
Yes. The Soilmaster 1000L features a folding boom designed for road transport. Always ensure the boom is locked in the folded position before moving between fields.
AWL provides calibration support for all Soilmaster sprayers at the time of delivery, including nozzle flow verification, pressure setting, and speed calibration. Contact our technical team for scheduled service visits.
